Our shipping process is fulfilled by an external,

processed, thereafter, delivered via the courier service. The friendly courier

Return of
Items
If you are not entirely satisfied with your
purchase, please be guided below.
We issue returns for purchases within 7 days of the original purchase of the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be
unused and in the same condition that it was received by the purchaser.
The item must be in the original packaging
The item needs to have the receipt or proof of
purchase.
Refunds
We issue refunds for purchases within 7 days of
the original purchase of the order. E.g.
Product A order was placed and confirmed on Monday 4th January at 8:00am, the
consumer may request refund between Monday 4th January 8:01am till Monday 11th
January 8:01am
Shipping
The purchaser will be responsible for paying
their own shipping costs for returning item/s. Shipping costs are
non-refundable.
If the purchaser has received a refund, the
cost of return shipping will be deducted from their refund.
